Explore the outdoors
Hike the trails to the cypress swamps or stroll along the sand beaches of the Hobolochitto Creek looking for that one of a kind piece of driftwood.
Also, keep a lookout for
the wildlife and don’t forget to admire all the wildflowers
and other vegetation that’s indigenous to the area.
If exploring is not what you looking to do, you can always play in the
creek or make sand castles on the beach.
If excitement is what you seek then try your hand at catching a bass or perch in the ponds or creek!
Weave between the ancient cypress and tupelo trees in canoes on the back pond. If you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of the egret rookery.
After enjoying a full day of adventure you can relax by a fire, listen to all the night sounds and enjoy s’mores while stargazing.
